Purchase receipt must clearly state:

- date of purchase
- model
- serial number (if available)
Shipping damage and water damage is not covered by manufacturer warranty.
Accessories:
Do not send accessories, including power cords unless instructed to do so.
Shipping:
Please pack your unit securely, using original packaging whenever possible and insure your unit properly.
Data:
All units will be set back to original factory default settings. Be sure to back up any important data prior to shipping unit in for repair. TAP is not responsible for any stored data in your unit.

For repairs not covered under warranty, our rates are as follows:
- Labor : Varies on brand product type. Please contact us for more details.
- Parts: Varies depending on manufacturer rates.
- Sales Tax: 7.75% CA Sales Tax on parts for CA residents.
- Shipping: Varies based on your location.
If the estimate is declined or the result is "No Fault Found", we charge a diagnostic fee based on brand or type of product. Please contact us for more details.
We offer a 90 Day Warranty on our service.
