- Include a copy of your purchase receipt inside the box.
- Receipt must clearly show:
- Dealer’s name and address
- Date of purchase
- Product model
- Serial number (if available)
- 📦 Note: Manufacturer warranties do not cover shipping damage or water damage.
🎧 Accessories
- Do NOT send accessories (e.g., power cords) unless requested by our service team.

- Insure your shipment appropriately.

- Units will be reset to factory default settings.
- Please back up all personal data before shipping.
- TAP Electronics is not responsible for data stored on your device.
💰 Repair Fees (Non-Warranty)
- Labor: Rates vary by brand and product type
- Parts: Billed at manufacturer rates
- Sales Tax: 7.75% for CA residents (on parts only)
- Shipping: Based on your location
If you decline the repair estimate or if no issue is found (“No Fault Found”), a diagnostic fee will apply. Please contact us for brand-specific details.
