To send your item in for service, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the Online Work Order Form
- Fill out the online Work Order Form
- After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation page — print this out.
2. Prepare Your Package

Include inside the box:
- Printed confirmation page from your online request
- Warranty: Copy of your purchase receipt showing:
- Dealer’s name and address
- Date of purchase
- Product model
- Serial number (if available)

Do NOT include accessories unless TAP’s service team specifically requests them:
- No power cords, remotes, or other peripherals

Back up your data:
- Devices will be reset to factory settings
- TAP is not responsible for any data loss

4. Shipping Notes
- Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage during shipping or water damage
