Step-by-Step Shipping Instructions

To send your item in for service, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Online Work Order Form

  • Fill out the online Work Order Form
  • After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation page — print this out.

2. Prepare Your Package

  • Include inside the box:

    • Printed confirmation page from your online request
    • Warranty: Copy of your purchase receipt showing:
      • Dealer’s name and address
      • Date of purchase
      • Product model
      • Serial number (if available)
  • Do NOT include accessories unless TAP’s service team specifically requests them:

    • No power cords, remotes, or other peripherals
  • Back up your data:

    • Devices will be reset to factory settings
    • TAP is not responsible for any data loss

4. Shipping Notes

  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage during shipping or water damage
